Total Transformation Masterclass

  1. About Masterclass

    Our Total Transformation Masterclass is designed to help everyday dog owners train their dogs to be as well-behaved as service dogs by using the same training techniques that professional service dog trainers use.

    However, we do not offer any programs that will help your dog become a legally certified service dog.

    The Total Transformation Masterclass, our 10-week online dog training program, is not free. However, you can watch our free workshop at https://k9ti.org/free-workshop/.

    This is a pre-recorded workshop, so you can watch it immediately after you register or at any time that's convenient for you. We'll email you the workshop link after you register.

    Our Total Transformation Masterclass consists of online video lessons delivered through our website, so you can access it from anywhere in the world.

    The Masterclass is structured so that you'll receive immediate access to the first week's class, the associated training videos, and the three bonus classes as soon as you enroll. After that, a new class and its associated training videos will be unlocked each week for the next nine weeks.

    Once a class has been unlocked, you'll have lifetime access to it and its associated training videos. You can watch and rewatch them as often as you'd like.

    There is no time limit. You'll have lifetime access to all of the classes in the Masterclass, allowing you to complete the program at your own pace.

    1. Please clear your browser's cookies and cache. Then close your browser, reopen it, log in, and try playing the videos again.
    2. If you have any security plugins or browser extensions installed, temporarily disable them and then try playing the video again.
    3. If the issue persists, try accessing the Masterclass on a different device (such as a phone, tablet, or iPad) and, if possible, use a different internet connection.

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the Masterclass on DVD. At this time, it is available exclusively as an online dog training program.

    Unfortunately, that's not a service we provide at this time.

    Our Total Transformation Masterclass is designed to help everyday dog owners train their dogs to be as well-behaved as service dogs by using the same training techniques that professional service dog trainers use.

    However, we do not offer any programs that will help your dog become a legally certified service dog.

    We don't offer any special classes for deaf dogs. However, much of our training is based on body language. We introduce verbal commands only after the dog has learned the behaviors through body language, so the standard training should work well for deaf dogs.

    Yes, the Masterclass can be adapted for a blind dog. Blind dogs can still learn very effectively. The key is to rely more on verbal cues, touch cues, scent, and consistent routines rather than visual signals.

  2. Masterclass Login Help

    Please follow these steps:

    1. 1. Go to https://members.k9ti.org/forgot-password/.
    2. 2. Enter the email address you used to purchase the product, then click Email New Password.
    3. 3. We'll email you a new password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
    4. 4. Go to https://members.k9ti.org and sign in using your email address and your new password.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. 1. Go to https://members.k9ti.org/.
    2. 2. Click My Profile in the top menu.
    3. 3. Enter your new email address.
    4. 4. Click the Update button.

    It's not necessary to log out of the Masterclass. To end your session, simply close your browser or the Masterclass tab.

    We've made it easy so you don't have to sign in every time you access the Masterclass.

    We don't recommend having more than one device signed in at the same time. While the Masterclass can be accessed from multiple computers and devices, it's best to be signed in on only one device at a time.

  3. Download or Print Homework/Transcript

    To access the transcripts and homework for a week's class, click the Week 1 link, then click the Materials tab. Once a week's class has been unlocked, you can access its transcripts and homework the same way for every other week as well.

    To print the homework or transcript pages, please follow these steps:

    1. 1. Sign in to the Members Area at https://members.k9ti.org.
    2. 2. Click the Access Now button under Total Transformation Masterclass.
    3. 3. Click Week 1.
    4. 4. Click the Materials tab.
    5. 5. Click the Homework or Transcript link.
    6. 6. Click the Print icon at the top of the page to print the material. If you don't see the icons, move your cursor to the top of the page, and they will appear.

Weekly Q&A Calls

Our weekly Q&A calls are held on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time via Zoom. During these calls, you can ask our trainer just about any question you have about your dog or any training challenges you're facing.

We also upload recordings of each weekly call to our website. If you're unable to attend a particular week's call, you can email your questions to us before the call. We'll answer them during the session, and you can watch the recording later to hear the responses.

The weekly Q&A calls are currently available only to customers who have purchased the full version of our Total Transformation Masterclass.

If you've purchased the Masterclass, please sign in to our Members Area at https://members.k9ti.org to access the details for the next Q&A call, where you can ask our trainer your questions. If you're unable to attend the live call, you can email your questions to us beforehand. Our trainer will answer them during the session, and you'll be able to watch the recording a few days later.

If you haven't yet purchased the Total Transformation Masterclass, please use any of the links in our emails to visit our website and learn more about the program to see if it's a good fit for you and your dog.

To join a weekly Q&A session, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Sign in to the Members Area using your email address and password.
  2. 2. Click the Access Now button under Weekly Q&A Calls.
  3. 3. Click the Zoom link to join the session.

The recording is usually uploaded by Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you email your questions to the trainer at least one day before the Q&A call, they should be included and answered during the session.

VIP Coaching Program

The VIP Coaching Program includes weekly 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions for one year with one of our top trainers. Your trainer will create a customized training plan designed specifically to help your dog become as well-behaved as a service dog. The program also includes free consultations with our in-house veterinarians for one year.

Customers who have purchased the full version of the Total Transformation Masterclass already have access to weekly Q&A calls with our trainers. However, unlike the weekly Q&A calls, the VIP Coaching Program includes private one-on-one coaching sessions between you and your trainer. The weekly Q&A calls, on the other hand, are group sessions attended by multiple customers.

Please follow these steps:

  2. 2. Scroll down and click the Access Now button under the VIP Coaching Program.
  3. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule your coaching session.

To cancel your appointment, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Sign in to our Members Area at https://members.k9ti.org
  2. 2. Click the Access Now button under the VIP Coaching Program.
  3. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel link next to your appointment.

The default time zone in the VIP Coaching Program calendar is U.S. Eastern Time. Unless you've changed the time zone by clicking America/New York in the upper-right corner of the calendar, all appointment times will be displayed in U.S. Eastern Time.

Yes. Once you submit your questionnaire, our behaviorists will automatically have access to it and will know that it's associated with your email address.

Please complete the same questionnaire for both dogs by providing separate answers for each dog in every field. At the beginning of the questionnaire, you'll see the following instruction:

"If you have more than one dog that you'd like to train, please provide separate answers for each dog in every field of the questionnaire, and clearly identify which dog you are referring to in each response."

Affiliates

  1. About the Affiliate Program

    If you don't have a website, simply enter "N/A" in the Website URL field.

    You'll need a PayPal account to participate in our Affiliate Program, as all commission payments are made through PayPal.

    To sign up, simply complete the application form at https://k9ti.org/affiliate-program.

    All of the marketing materials available to affiliates can be found in the Marketing Materials section of your affiliate account at https://affiliates.k9ti.org.

    You'll need to have your own website to use our marketing materials. Once your website is ready, you can add the marketing materials yourself or ask your website designer to add them for you.

    To qualify for the Top Dog Affiliate Program, you must generate at least three sales per month for two consecutive months within your first three months of joining the program.

    To maintain your Top Dog Affiliate status, you'll need to continue generating at least three sales per month on an ongoing basis.

    Yes. We send a series of follow-up emails promoting the Total Transformation Masterclass to everyone who signs up for the free workshop. If any of your referred leads later purchase the Masterclass as a result of one of those emails, you'll receive credit for the sale.

    You can't use your affiliate link as the primary website for your Pinterest business account because Pinterest requires the primary website to be one that you own.

    Instead, use your affiliate link in your individual Pinterest posts when promoting our website.

  2. Affiliate Login Help

    Please go to https://affiliates.k9ti.org and click the Forgot Password link.

    Unfortunately, your affiliate username can't be changed once your account has been created. However, you're welcome to create a new Affiliate Program account using the username you'd like instead.

  3. Affiliate Payments

    Since we offer our customers a 90-day refund policy, your commission will be paid after the customer's refund period has ended.

    Additionally, your payable commission balance must exceed the $40 minimum payout threshold.

    All payments are made through PayPal.

    You can change your PayPal account by logging in to your affiliate account, clicking your name in the upper-right corner, and then selecting Payment Settings.

    Yes, you can link your visitors directly to our website.

    For Facebook ads, you don't need to have your own website. You can simply direct people to our website using your K9ti affiliate link.

    Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to provide technical assistance to affiliates on how to add their links to specific promotional channels. However, in most cases, you should be able to simply copy and paste the link.

    Unfortunately, affiliates aren't allowed to use their affiliate links directly in Google Ads campaigns. Instead, you need to direct your Google Ads traffic to a page on your own website that contains some original content (for example, a review of our free workshop). That page can then include your affiliate links.

    Unfortunately, we don't have any marketing videos available for affiliates. However, you're welcome to create your own videos using AI video generation tools in combination with the images and other marketing materials we provide to affiliates.
